Financial Management

This course provides knowledge about the basic concepts of financial management, methods and techniques of corporate financial management; especially those related to short-term and long-term investment and spending decisions, dividend policy, and other strategic aspects (reorganization, liquidation, company mergers; including mergers, consolidations, and acquisitions).
