Introduction to Management

Introduction to Management is a core course in the Faculty of Economics and Business that is required for students in two majors: Accounting and Management. This course provides insight into the historical foundations of management, managing new work environments, organizational environments and cultures, managing the global environment, organizational planning, goal setting and strategy formulation, managerial decision-making, the basics of organizing, human resource management, the foundations of behavior and motivation in organizations, and the control function within organizations.
