Overview

Lectures are conducted in two ways. The first is a classical lecture on understanding various theories related to international trade policy. This first method is carried out from the first meeting until just before the midterm exam. The second method (after the midterm exam) is designed by providing students with the opportunity to write and present structured papers on selected topics and predetermined discussion materials from the International Trade Handbook in front of the class in groups. This is done to provide students with the opportunity to develop their writing skills, present papers, and defend/test their understanding of various empirical experiences occurring in various countries related to the predetermined topics.
