Overview

  1. Be able to describe how resource allocation decisions are made in different economic systems.
  2. Be able to describe how market structure influences firm and consumer resource allocation decisions.
  3. Be able to assume how production costs behave when a firm changes its production level.
  4. Be able to assume equilibrium price and quantity determination in a market.
  5. Be able to formulate elasticity measures to describe consumer spending behavior and apply them to relevant cases.
  6. Be able to formulate output and price determination for firms operating in various market structures. (C4, A3, P4)
