The course “The Role of Accounting in Corporate Governance” provides an introduction to the structure of corporate governance and the key components of corporate management in Indonesia, such as the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, the Corporate Secretary, information disclosure, and control and audit processes. The ultimate learning objective is for students to prepare a corporate governance report for a company they have designed, based on Indonesian corporate governance guidelines.
