Forensic Audit

The Forensic Audit course provides an in-depth understanding of the concepts, processes, and techniques used in forensic auditing to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and irregularities in financial statements. In this course, students will learn about the theory and practice of forensic auditing, including the identification of signs of fraud and the collection and analysis of evidence. Students will be taught to understand the differences between traditional audits and forensic audits, as well as the importance of ethics and professionalism in performing audit duties. This course will also equip students with the analytical and communication skills, as well as familiarity with the necessary tools, required to conduct forensic audits effectively. Through case studies and group projects, students are expected to apply the knowledge they have gained in real-world situations and develop a skeptical mindset and a desire to continue learning as they face challenges in the world of accounting and auditing.
