Becoming a forum as a means of exploring or getting to know more deeply about things that happen in the environment and social life is something that needs to be known and prepared. Therefore, BEM FEB UNAIR Student Resource Development Bureau for the 2024 period has a RUBIK work program, namely the Cabinet Room. Where the aim of the work program is to identify the needs of internal functionaries, design development programs and assist employees in achieving their full potential.

Increasing insight and knowledge about the future is crucial in a student's journey. Continuing to the next level after college is something that needs to be prepared and thought about carefully. Taking RUBIK 1 has the theme Preparing Yourself for a Better Future Career. Coinciding with SDG's number 4 "Quality Education" which explains that every individual is obliged to pursue quality education and gain insight. This is the motivation for the PSDM Bureau to facilitate insight in the form of knowledge to prepare for job levels in RUBIK 1 activities.

Based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the 2024 Student Resource Development Bureau Work Program is holding "RUBIK" activities with the hope that this RUBIK will be able to increase insight in the form of Hard Skills and Soft Skills that can be honed for all BEM FEB UNAIR 2024 functionaries .

The target of this activity is all BEM FEB UNAIR functionaries for the 2024 period. It will be held 3 times and at RUBIK 1 it will be held on May 17 2024 in the Fajar Hall, Airlangga University, Faculty of FEB. The success indicator of "RUBIK" with a total of 75 - 90 participants from BEM functionaries and the series of "RUBIK" events ran smoothly and smoothly. Also, the budget that has been determined is appropriate to the surplus that will be allocated to other activities of the PSDM Bureau.
