The Bachelor of Islamic Economics Study Program at Airlangga University was established in 2007 with the vision of becoming a leading study program based on religious morality. The Bachelor of Islamic Economics study program has been accredited nationally and internationally. At the national level we have been accredited with the title A and BAN - PT. At the international level we have been accredited ABEST-21 and FIBAA Premium Seal

The Islamic Economics Undergraduate Study Program also has several good networks with partners or universities in the form of cooperation in several programs such as MBKM, teaching campuses, foreign student exchanges, and domestic student exchanges. Partners who have collaborated with MBKM with our Study Programs such as Bank Jatim Sharia, Indonesian Waqf Movement, Alami Sharia. For our teaching campus program, we work closely with Thursina School. We have sent students on student exchange programs abroad with Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and Germany. In our domestic student exchange program we have sent students to the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

With this, we continue to be committed to producing Bachelors who master Islamic economics in the context of contemporary economics and business. Our lecturers continue to grow through training and adaptation to technology and the job market. The goal is for our graduates to be able to compete at the national and international levels, and contribute to the life of the nation through tridharma.

Vision

Becoming an innovative, leading Islamic Economics Undergraduate Study Program at the national and international level based on religious morality

mission:

  1. Organizing and developing academic education in the field of Islamic economics with national and international standards;
  2. Carrying out research and development of knowledge in the field of Islamic economics that is recognized at the national and international levels;
  3. Organizing community service that supports the application and development of Islamic economics.

Objectives

  1. To produce Islamic economics graduates who have extensive knowledge and understanding of the concepts, principles and practices of Islamic economics in the contemporary economic and business environment
  2. Producing Islamic economics graduates who are able to analyze and study the implementation of science in the field of Islamic economics to provide solutions and ideas to the public
  3. To produce Islamic economics graduates who are able to apply the concepts, principles and practices of Islamic economics in contemporary sharia business
  4. Producing Islamic economics graduates who are professional, innovative, and have good morals and have the capacity as leaders with strong integrity and quality
  5. Producing Islamic economics graduates who have an independent and entrepreneurial spirit and have an attitude of social sensitivity and concern for society"
