open rec feb unairThe Student Creativity Program (PKM) is an activity designed to enrich the quality of individuals studying (students) at higher education institutions, with the aim of forming them into contributors to society who have academic and/or professional skills. This expertise includes the ability to implement, expand and distribute scientific, technological and/or artistic knowledge, as well as to enrich the national cultural heritage. Students are required to be able to contribute to the development of knowledge and contribute creative and constructive thinking to help realize the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is through PKM held by the Ministry of Education and Culture-Ristek. It is hoped that this program can become a platform for students to become innovative agents of change based on mastery of science and technology and faith in God Almighty.
This program supports SDGs point 4 (Quality Education) because PKM plays a crucial role in achieving the set educational goals. PKM functions as a medium that facilitates students to expand and apply their knowledge and skills in a practical and realistic environment. Within the framework of the Independent Learning Policy - Independent Campus (MBKM), which was launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud-Ristek), PKM is identified as a platform that provides opportunities for students to choose and explore various disciplines according to their interests, which will later benefit the nation and society.
