Preparation Program (PREPRO) HIMA Management FEB Unair 2018

Preparation Program (PREPRO) 2018 is a curriculum seminar event held by Hima S1 Management with the Management Department to provide general knowledge for new students about the five concentrations in the Management S1 Study Program as well as being the beginning of welcoming new S1 Management students before participating in major orientation activities. .

The purpose of holding this event is as a means of introducing concentration, an overview of concentration, and the job prospects of each concentration in the Management S1 Study Program. In addition, this event can also be used as a means to foster and improve togetherness and cohesiveness between S1 Management students

The Prepro 2018 event this time raised the theme Divergent which was adopted from a film about 5 groups/factions that exist in life, where the five factions have characters that match the five concentrations in the Management S1 Study Program. Among them are Amity (Marketing Management) who has a friendly nature, Candor (Financial Management) with an honest nature, Erudite (Operations Management) with a genius nature and able to manage existing resources in a company, Abnegation (HR Management) with a helpful nature and embracing all circles, Dauntles (Entrepreneurship) which is known for its character who dares to take risks. This prepro event invites lecturers from each concentration to explain the material per concentration. Furthermore, this event also presented alumni in a sharing session regarding lecture activities and job prospects after graduating from the Management S1 Study Program.

It is hoped that through this PREPRO event all new students can better understand and understand the 5 concentrations in the Management S1 Study Program and can minimize the occurrence of errors in choosing concentrations in semester 6.
