Zainul Musthofa, M.B.A.

Zainul Musthofa, M.B.A. is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, with expertise in organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic management. He earned a Bachelor of Management degree from Airlangga University in 2017, then completed his Master of Business Administration studies at National Cheng Kung University in 2021. During his career as an academic, he has produced more than 2 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic management. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, he also actively contributes to the development of management science through various academic activities.
