Overview

Sunan Fanani, M.Pd.I. is a lecturer in the Department of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, with expertise in Islamic financial institutions, as well as sharia audit and compliance. He earned his Bachelor of Religion degree from IAIN Sunan Ampel in 2000, then completed his Master of Islamic Education at the same university in 2007. During his career as an academic, he has produced more than 7 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on Islamic financial institutions, as well as sharia audit and compliance. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, he is also an active member of the Indonesian Islamic Economists Association (IAEI), the Indonesian Economists Association (ISEI), the Sharia Economics Society (MES), and the Islamic Economics and Business Lecturers Forum (FORDEBI).
