Rumayya, Ph.D.

Rumayya, Ph.D. is a lecturer in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, specializing in political economy, development economics, and regional economics. She earned her Bachelor of Economics from Airlangga University in 2004, then completed her Master of Regional Development at the University of Queensland in 2008. Furthermore, she earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Western Australia in 2017. During her academic career, she has produced more than seventeen scientific publications and actively developed research focused on political economy, development economics, and regional economics. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, she is also a member of the Indonesian Regional Science Association (IRSA) and the Indonesian Economists Association (ISEI).
