Overview
Prof. Dr. Nuri Herachwati, Dra.Ec., M.Si., M.Sc. is a Professor in Human and Organizational Development at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1991, her Master of Science degree from Airlangga University in 1998, and her Doctorate degree from Airlangga University in 2019. She has published 26 international scientific articles indexed by Scopus and many other national research articles, and consistently develops research in the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship. In addition to being active in education and research, she is also a member of the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI).
