Prof. Dr. Nisful Laila

Prof. Dr. Nisful Laila is a Professor of Islamic Finance and Banking at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1996, Master of Commerce from The University of New South Wales in 2006, and Doctorate from Airlangga University in 2018. She has published 41 international scientific articles indexed by Scopus and many other national publications, and consistently develops research in the fields of Islamic Finance, Zakat, and Islamic Banking. In addition to being active in education and research, she is also a member of the Association of Islamic Economists (IAEI), the Association of Indonesian Islamic Economics Scholars (ISEI), the Islamic Economics Society (MES), the Forum of Islamic Economics and Business Lecturers (FORDEBI), and the Association of Indonesian Faculties of Economics and Business (AFEBI).
