Overview
Prof. Dr. Indrianawati Usman, SE., M.Sc. is a Professor of Management Science at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1986, her Master of Science degree from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1990, and her Doctorate degree from Airlangga University in 2005. She has published 68 international scientific articles indexed by Scopus and many other national research articles, and consistently develops research in the fields of Strategic Management, Marketing Management, and Operation and Supply Chain Management.
