Prof. Dian Ekowati, Ph.D.

Prof. Dian Ekowati, SE., M.Si., M.App.Com.(OrgChg)., Ph.D. is a Professor in Organizational Studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Gadjah Mada University in 1998, her Master of Science degree from Gadjah Mada University in 2001, her Master of Applied Commerce degree from The University of Melbourne in 2002, and her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of York in 2017. She has published more than 60 scientific articles and consistently develops research in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Territoriality, Inter-organizational Collaboration, and Power Dynamics. In addition to being active in education and research, she is also a member of the Indonesian Economics Bachelor Association (ISEI) and the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI).
