Nurul Khaira, M.Si.

Nurul Khaira, M.Si. is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, with expertise in human resource management, talent management, individual behavior, and flexible work arrangements. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from the Bogor Agricultural University in 2022 and completed her Master of Science degree at the same institution in 2023. During her academic career, she has published more than two scientific publications and actively develops research focused on human resource management, talent management, individual behavior, and flexible work arrangements. In addition to conducting educational, research, and community service activities, she also actively contributes to the development of management science through various academic activities.
