Noorlaily Fitdiarini, M.B.A. is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, specializing in financial management. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1993 and then completed her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1998. During her academic career, she has published more than five scientific publications and actively developed research focused on financial management. In addition to her educational, research, and community service activities, she also actively contributes to the development of management science through various academic activities.
