Jovi Sulistiawan, Ph.D.

Jovi Sulistiawan, Ph.D. is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, specializing in human resource management and organizational behavior. He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 2010, then completed his Master of Science in Management at the same university in 2013. Subsequently, he earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Asia University in 2024. During his academic career, he has produced more than 9 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on human resource management and organizational behavior. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, he is also a member of the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI).
