Ida Bagus Gede Adi Permana, M.Sc.

Ida Bagus Gede Adi Permana, M.Sc. is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, with expertise in human resource management, organizational studies, organizational behavior, and leadership. He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 2005, then completed his Master of Science studies at Gadjah Mada University in 2010. During his career as an academic, he has produced more than 6 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on human resource management, organizational studies, organizational behavior, and leadership. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, he is also a member of the Indonesian Economics Bachelor Association (ISEI) and the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI).
