Eko Fajar Cahyono, Ph.D.

Eko Fajar Cahyono, Ph.D. is a lecturer in the Department of Islamic Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, with expertise in Islamic banking, zakat, Islamic capital markets, and Islamic consumer behavior. He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from Brawijaya University in 2010, then completed his Master of Economics at the same university in 2012. Furthermore, he earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2026. During his career as an academic, he has produced more than 21 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on Islamic banking, zakat, Islamic capital markets, and Islamic consumer behavior. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, he also continues to contribute to the development of Islamic economics and finance through various academic activities.
