Overview
Dr. Yetty Dwi Lestari is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, specializing in organizational behavior. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1998, then completed her Master of Engineering studies at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in 2006. Subsequently, she earned her doctorate from Airlangga University in 2021. During her academic career, she has produced more than 13 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on organizational behavior. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, she is also a member of the Indonesian Economics Bachelor Association (ISEI) and the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI).
