Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina

Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina is a lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University, with expertise in entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, small business management, and human resource management. She earned her Bachelor of Economics degree from Airlangga University in 1998, then completed her Master of Science studies at the same university in 2002. Furthermore, she earned her doctorate from Padjadjaran University in 2013. During her career as an academic, she has produced more than 21 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, small business management, and human resource management. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, she is also a member of the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI) and the Indonesian Entrepreneur Educators (PERWIRA).
