Alfiyatul Qomariyah, Ph.D.

Alfiyatul Qomariyah, Ph.D. is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University with expertise in behavioral accounting, human resource management, governance management, and business accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Airlangga University in 2011, then completed her Master's in Business Administration at Chinese Culture University in 2013. Furthermore, she earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree from Chinese Culture University in 2017. During her career as an academic, she has produced more than 9 scientific publications and actively developed research focused on behavioral accounting, human resource management, governance management, and business accounting. In addition to carrying out educational, research, and community service activities, she is also a member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).
