Students are expected to be able to explain financial management concepts include identify, formulate, analyze and solve financial problems. They are also prospected to implement methods or techniques of corporate financial management related to long-term investment and spending, dividend policy, risk management, and strategic aspects, corporate restructuring, mergers and downsizing. |

This course discusses the financial management concepts, methods or techniques of corporate financial management related to investment decisions, long-term spending, dividend policy, risk management in relation to financial decisions, as well as other strategic aspects such as, financial difficulties, restructuring in the financial sector, merging or shrinking companies |
