Strategy to Increase Working Capital Credit (KMK) Distribution at PT. BPR Delta Artha Sidoarjo

ABSTRACT

The development of rural banks in Sidoarjo is currently growing very fast, so the competition between banks is also very high, many banks that provided loans with low interest rates for smear entrepreneurs, one of them is PT BPR Delta Artha. PT BPR DELTA ARTHA IS A STATE OWNED BANK OF SIDOARJO REGENCY AND ANNUALLY CONTUBUTES LOCAL OWN REVENUE IN SIDOARJO. Howver, The Acquisition of Working Capital Loan of PT BPR Delta Artha in 2015-2017 has decreased.
This study analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the credit decline. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Researches conducted in-depth interviews and secondary data. Furthermore, in analyzing the data, researcher use swot analysis technique methods (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats).
Based on the results of the analysis using SWOT Matrix from Several Internal Factors, in the form of strengths and weaknesses, and external factors in the form of opportunities and threats to determinine the appropriate strategy for PT BPR Delta Artha is so strategy (strength - strength - Oppligations). Strategy that suitable to be applied is the addition of distribution networks, coordinate and cooperation with Sidoarjo Regency, Village Head, Head of Sub-District, and Head of Sub-District and Add Variant of Working Capital Loan Product.
