Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance and to find out the mediating effect of role clarity between the influence of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance. This research design uses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire as data collection. This research data was obtained from 158 questionnaires distributed to companies in the Surabaya Industrial Real State (SIER) area. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that non-financial performance measures and role clarity can influence managerial performance in a significantly positive way, non-financial performance measures can influence role clarity in a significantly positive way and role clarity can significantly mediate the effect of non-financial performance measures on managerial performance.
