Abstract
Entrepreneurship is the driving wheel of a country's economy, including Indonesia. Entrepreneurship has an important role in making society more creative. Even though the Madiun City government and Madiun Merdeka University have issued a policy package to encourage entrepreneurial intent for students, the development of entrepreneurship in Madiun can be said to still fall short of expectations due to the various obstacles experienced by entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs in developed and developing countries when starting a business and developing it. their businesses such as parents' entrepreneurial role model performance, entrepreneurial barriers and university environment. In this research, Attitude toward Entrepreneurial Behavior has been used as a basic framework for understanding entrepreneurial intentions. In this study, 138 respondents were used, obtained from distributing questionnaires to students in the final semester of the Faculty of Economics, Merdeka Madiun University. The research results show that Family's Entrepreneurial Role Model Performance has a positive influence on Attitude toward Entrepreneurial Behavior, University Environment has a positive influence on Attitude toward Entrepreneurial Behavior, Entrepreneurial Barriers has a negative influence on Attitude toward Entrepreneurial Behavior and Attitude toward Entrepreneurial Behavior has a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Intention .
