Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the direct influence of free flow on the agency costs of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, empirically test the direct influence of agency costs on the performance of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, and empirically test the indirect influence of free flow. cash flow on the performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange through agency costs. The population used in the research was 131 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2009-2013.
