Abstract

One of the keys to organizational success is the leadership style applied. The presence of new management at PT PP Dirganeka is gradually making improvements in the areas of quality, safety and occupational health in all units, supervision and control of costs, quality and time, increasing rewards for employees gradually, as well as developing capabilities at PP University. is the implementation of cultural changes in early 2012. The changes are expected to improve employee performance. Apart from that, this research discusses employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Dirganeka. This research uses the census method, which takes all members of the population as samples. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests and using path analysis. The steps taken in path analysis are: 1) Development of a theoretical model, 2) Development of path diagrams to show causal relationships, 3) Conversion of path diagrams into equations, 4) Selection of input matrices and estimation techniques for the model being built, 5) Test model assumptions, with assumptions that must be met in testing the path analysis model as follows: a) Interval/ratio scale variables, b) Outliers, c) Data normality, d) Multicollinearity, e) Recursive/one-way relationships in the system, and f) Path coefficient analysis. Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction; transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction; Employee job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on employee performance; organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance; organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; Transformational leadership does not have a significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
