Internal Division Training, or IDT as it's commonly known, is a routine activity held once a year during a management term. This activity is managed by the Human Resources Development division of WEBS 2018 and covers all WEBS divisions. It took place from February 26, 2018, to March 16, 2018, at PPKK UNAIR. The duration varies for each division.

            The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge, mentoring, and consultation with experts in their respective fields. It is hoped that each division within WEBS UNAIR will recognize their respective roles and be able to work synergistically during this period. By holding this event, each WEBS member will benefit from education from mentors who are relevant to their fields, and also strengthen the membership of WEBS itself, especially within their respective divisions.
