The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology's (Kemendikbudristek) Excellence Scholarship is a scholarship program designed by the Indonesian government to provide educational funding to Indonesia's best young people. The Excellence Scholarship comprises both degree- and non-degree-granting programs.

Degree scholarships consist of undergraduate (S-1), master's (S-2) and doctoral (S-3) levels for high-achieving individuals and employees of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology who will register or are currently studying at state/private universities under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
