The WEBS Welcome Party is a series of activities to welcome new members of WEBS UNAIR, aimed at building bonds, a sense of togetherness, and introducing the organization's culture from the outset. All new members participate as primary participants, with the support of active members and administrators as the organizing committee.

Welpart 2026 was held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time), at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR). The event featured various fun activities, including icebreakers, group games, and interactive and participatory collaborative activities, to ensure new members felt welcomed, comfortable, and motivated to actively contribute to the organization.

Welpart 2026 aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 4: Quality Education. This activity serves as a non-formal learning platform that supports the development of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Through interaction and collaboration, new members gain learning experiences that shape the quality of human resources, making them better prepared to contribute productively within the organization and in the future.
