The Management Olympiad is a national-level competition for high school students interested in management. Organized by the Student Association (HIMA) of the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga the competition aims to improve management skills, enhance management knowledge, and hone problem-solving skills in high school students from an early age.

Through the “Management Olympiad,” high school and vocational school students in Indonesia are invited to start learning to hone their critical thinking skills in identifying or deciding on a problem and determining the best solution that can be implemented in life, so that they can later participate in helping improve the quality of Indonesian education and benefit society.
