Management Drill is a program organized by the Knowledge department of HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga in the form of a sharing session and training on competitive experience with a three-hour implementation period with the implementation of achievement talks and sharing sessions on the first day followed by mentoring and in-depth topic discussions on different days according to the mentor. Management Drill 2023 carries the theme "Unlocking the Winning Strategies: Key Tactics to Succeed in Business Competitions". Where the discussion of Management Drill this year focuses on preparing students to participate in Business plan and Business case competitions at the national and international levels.

This year, Management Drill supports the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which support sustainable development. The fourth aspect of SDGs covered in Management Drill 2023 is Quality Education. Management Drill activities focus on educational programs for all Universitas Airlangga students without exception. The series of events includes webinars, sharing sessions, and assignments. It is hoped that the fourth SDG aspect will improve the quality of education and skills of all Universitas Airlanggastudents.
