Farewell Party

Farewell party is identical to the tradition that is usually done when colleagues, friends or colleagues will part, held to celebrate the success of an event, to release the departure of one or more members of the group or community who resign or transfer assignments. With that, the Association of Development Economics (HIMA EP) created a work program "Farewell party 2018" which is under the auspices or a combination of three departments, namely Entrepreneurship (KWU), Student Resource Development (PSDM), and Sport and Art (SPARTA) where each department has its own focus point. KWU in the field of bazaar, PSDM related to bounding, and SPARTA for decoration and art performances. The highly anticipated event by all EP residents, especially the active administrators of HIMA EP, will be held at the end of the work program on November 18, 2018 with the following objectives: Increasing kinship and solidarity among all residents and relationships within and between the 2013-2018 class of Development Economics, Universitas Airlangga, As a form of appreciation for the committee who has contributed to the implementation of all work programs and agendas of the 2018 Development Economics Student Association (HIMA EP), A forum for EP residents who have an entrepreneurial spirit to hold a Bazaar for their products, A forum for EP residents who have talent in the arts to perform .The Farewell Party event has 2 sub-events consisting of the main stage, performances, and bazaars. The main stage has a series of events such as performances, guest stars, and awarding for HIMA and there is a session where HIMA is introduced to the EP students who are present. The performance consists of performances from the 2015-2018 class and economics art. Meanwhile, the bazaar is a place for EP students to start businesses or develop existing ones. The event will also include games, both on and off stage, as well as video memories and video messages from EP students themselves.

All members of the Development Economics program are welcome to attend, from current students to alumni. It is hoped that Farewell Party will strengthen the sense of belonging among EP members and further enhance their artistic and entrepreneurial spirit.
