Success in achieving organizational goals isn't solely determined by the capabilities of its members. Rather, it's about how well members work together through communication, commitment, trust, and self-awareness of their responsibilities. Without these aspects, organizational performance will be suboptimal, and organizational goals will be difficult to achieve.

Based on these issues, the Human Resources Development Division of MOSAIC FEB Unair is once again holding one of its work programs, namely Upgrading. Upgrading is an annual work program aimed at all internal MOSAIC members, from staff to core administrators, and will be held over two days outside of Surabaya. This year, Upgrading will be held at Villa Hortensia, Prigen, Pasuruan, on May 9-10, 2026.

During the event, staff will be introduced to the MOSAIC environment, both technically and personally. The time spent together during the Upgrade will allow MOSAIC members to get to know each other and build a sense of camaraderie. Furthermore, staff will be introduced to technical aspects through work meetings, which will discuss the organization's activities for the upcoming period.

The upgrading program aligns with SDG 17, "Partnerships for the Goals." With the ongoing work program, members are encouraged to be better prepared to carry out their duties and responsibilities. Upgrading is the first step for members to become a community capable of making positive contributions to the nation through effective cooperation and coordination. This ensures that contributions not only reach MOSAIC's goals but also contribute to the nation.
