The 2025 Airlangga Stock Competition, themed "The Role of the Younger Generation in Indonesia's Sustainable Investment in the Future," is held by the Capital Market Study Group of the Faculty of Economics and Business as a competition-based work program that provides benefits in capital market education for external stakeholders.
The 2025 Airlangga Stock Competition has two main competition categories: the Equity Research Competition and the Stock Sight Competition. The Equity Research Competition is aimed at undergraduate and diploma students from all universities in Indonesia to compile stock analysis papers. Meanwhile, the Stock Sight Competition is an olympiad competition for high school students.
The Airlangga Stock Competition aligns with SDGs point 4 on quality education because it provides an educational platform for students to improve financial literacy, particularly in the capital market. This competition also encourages the development of critical thinking skills, data analysis, and decision-making, which are essential for career readiness. By providing open access to participants from various backgrounds, ASC supports inclusive and relevant education to meet the needs of the times.
