This upgrading activity was held for all administrators of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga for the 2023 period. The series of events included several topics on family, organizational management, and cooperation. This was followed by an introductory session between administrators and a presentation of the wall magazines created by the groups, with the aim of building teamwork, enthusiasm, and fostering a sense of brotherhood among all administrators of the 2023 BEM FEB UNAIR.
