This upgrading activity was held for all administrators of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga for the 2022 period. The event included several topics on family, organizational management, and collaboration. This was followed by an introductory session between administrators and a presentation of the bulletin boards created by the groups. This session aimed to build teamwork, enthusiasm, and foster a sense of camaraderie among all 2022 BEM FEB UNAIR administrators.
