Prabu Adhikari: Mentoring is a work program of the Scientific Department of BEM FEB UNAIR. Mentoring was established with the reason to improve the knowledge insight and achievements of UNAIR students, especially students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, which previously in 2019 experienced a decline. This year, Prabu Adhikari Mentoring carries the tagline "Beyond Your Limits and Be the Unexpected" because it is hoped that this Mentoring program can make all participants exceed their limits and become greater in 'unexpected'. This activity will be packaged in the form of special classes with mentors who are experts in their respective fields and of course guide the participants. Mentoring has five classes, including: Business Plan, Business Case, Scientific Paper, Indonesian Language Debate, and Model United Nation (MUN). Mentoring will take place on May 22 - September 11, 2022. 

By participating in competitions or competitions, it can be used as a stepping stone in the world of work because it cannot be denied that having a myriad of achievements will beautify your Curriculum Vitae (CV). This is closely related to SDGs 8.
