EGD, or Ekis Goes to Desa, is a program of the Islamic Economics Student Association Universitas Airlangga demonstrating the students' role as agents of change through community service. Ekis Goes to Desa is a five-year, ongoing community service program in a village. This year marks the third year of Ekis Goes to Desa, which was held in Krosok Village, Tulungagung Regency, from July 24-29, 2026.

In its implementation, Ekis Goes to Desa collaborates with the Infaq Management Institute (LMI), especially in developing human resources in Krosok Hamlet. Ekis Goes to Desa focuses on 4 main pillars, namely education, economy, health, and environment, which focus on developing the potential and welfare of the Krosok Hamlet community. The programs presented in the implementation of Ekis Goes to Desa are in line and related to SDG points such as SDGs no. 1 (Poverty), SDGs no. 3 (Good Health and Well Being), SDGs no. 4 (Quality Education), SDGs no. 5 (Gender Equality), SDGs no. 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDGs no. 12 (Responsible Consumption and Productivity), and SDGs no. 17 (Partnerships For The Goals).
