Course content |
Learning Legal Aspects in Business discusses Legal & Community Relations and the Division of law; The aspects of the implementation of the agreement and things that violate the agreement and the imposition of responsibilities; Subject and Object of the Agreement; Elements of the agreement and the anatomy of the agreement of achievement and default, risk, overmacht, and ways of terminating the engagement. Company Forms (Maatschap, Firma, and CV), Limited Liability Companies (PT), Securities Foundations, Checks and Giro Bilyet, Credit Cards, Aspects of the implementation of the guarantee agreement and matters that underlie the imposition of a right on collateral, The form of guarantee agreement is in accordance with the collateral object of the credit agreement |
