Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of perceived fairness towards the procedures used to determine decisions (procedural justice) on teachers' willingness to provide efforts beyond formal duties according to their position (organizational citizenship behavior) mediated by organizational support (perceived organizational support) and perception of ownership towards the organization (organizational identification). This study was conducted at SMA Khadijah Surabaya. This research survey was conducted on 47 permanent teachers as respondents. The statistical tool for this study used Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.0). Based on the test results, it shows that the influence of procedural justice does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Procedural justice has a significant effect on perceived organizational support, and perceived organizational support has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Procedural justice has a significant effect on organizational identification, and organizational identification has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, perceived organizational support and organizational identification fully mediate the influence between procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior.

Keywords: Procedural Justice, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Identification.
