Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of Transformational Leadership on employee Readiness to Change using Commitment to Organizational Change as a mediator variable. The purpose of this study is to determine how the direct influence between Transformational Leadership on employee Readiness to Change and how the indirect influence through Commitment to Organizational Change. The respondents of this study were permanent employees at the executive level at the Wonolangan Sugar Factory, a total of 62 people sampling in all departments. This study is quantitative using path analysis assisted by SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on employee Readiness to Change. Secondly, there is an indirect and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on employee Readiness to Change, through Affective, Normative and Continuance Commitment to Organizational Change.
