Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and perception of support for creativity on employee creativity in SME Joko Tole Collection, where intrinsic motivation plays a role as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study uses primary data from all 37 employees. Data collection uses a questionnaire technique and is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools with SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee creativity. Perception of support for creativity has an effect on employee creativity. Intrinsic motivation mediates the effect of transformational leadership and perception of support for creativity on employee creativity
