Abstract

Indonesia's recent current account deficit is primarily due to an excessively high deficit in the services trade sector, making it unable to support growth in the goods trade sector. This situation calls for empowerment within the service sector, including through research within the service sector. One interesting aspect of this research is the relationship between service satisfaction and customer behavior in taxi transportation businesses in Malang, a region where intense competition is already emerging.
