Abstract

Employee performance will increase if the work safety and health of employees in the company is carried out well and is supported by employee job satisfaction. On the other hand, when work safety and health are not running well, it will have an impact on reducing a person's job satisfaction, which will reduce employee performance. This research aims to analyze and prove the direct and indirect influence of occupational safety and health on employee performance through job satisfaction. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 81 PG production employees. Kedawoeng Pasuruan. Data analysis used Simple Regression and Path Analysis using SPSS version 20. The findings of this research were that occupational safety and health had a direct and significant effect on employee performance, occupational safety and health had an indirect and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
