Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of internal and external factors on company performance through environmentally-based innovation. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with associative and explanatory research methods. Data were obtained using primary data in the form of questionnaires with a sample of 113 companies in the PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut area. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square approach using the WarpPLS application. The results showed that environmentally-based innovation mediated the influence of company capabilities on company performance. However, environmental-based innovation did not mediate the influence of human resources, regulations, and company pressure on company performance
